Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to your cart, and checkout using our secure payment system. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Q: Do you offer discreet shopping?
Absolutely. Our packaging is 100% discreet with no mention of Dirty Little Secret or product details on the outside. Billing statements also appear under a neutral company name for your privacy.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours at support@dirtylittlesecret.com. After that, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations.

We currently ship across the U.S. and select international locations.
Q: How long does shipping take?
- U.S. Orders: 7–14 business days (average 10)
- International Orders: 10–20 business days depending on location
Q: How much is shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.95.
Q: Will my order be tracked?
Yes. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: Can I return lingerie?
For hygiene reasons, lingerie can only be returned if unopened, unworn, and with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
